Meet Our Founder

I am an experienced transactional attorney with a passion for helping people navigate the legal side of doing business. I earned my J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 2020 and began my career working in-house at Rocket Companies, where I supported a range of commercial legal matters. I went on to support a range of commercial and corporate matters at other Fortune 500 companies. Over the past 5 years, I have gained a deep understanding of corporate structures, commercial transactions, and the practical realities that shape business decisions.

While these experiences gave me a strong foundation in large scale corporate transactions, my roots are in small business. I grew up working in my family’s restaurant, so I understand how much goes into running a business day to day. That mix of hands-on experience and corporate perspective shapes the way I practice law: practical, strategic, and grounded in real-world needs.

Today, I work with individuals—like professionals reviewing employment contracts or content creators negotiating brand deals—as well as small businesses that need support with contract reviews, drafting or negotiating vendor agreements, or simply getting their entity off the ground. No matter who I’m working with, I am a persistent advocate for my clients and remain committed to helping them make well-informed decisions in every deal they sign.
